bearclaw mine - bugged?

So I've made the mistake of going to bearclaw mine, looking for a skyshard and doing a dungeon. When I tried to enter I got kicked off, unknown error... I tried to log back in but my char kept crashing the game... so I subitted a ticket and went on with my other char. ESO did a fix and send my char to a wayshrine, so here I am back to were I was playing. I come past the mine again and the same happends. crash on just entering the dungeon...
Anybody got any idea what's going on?
