Quest: The Dangerous Past - STILL bugged

When I searched this problem on the forum, it showed as being a problem back in April. It is now almost June and this quest is still bugged. Since its part of the Fighters Guild quest line, this really is ridiculous. I get to the end of the long rambling journey through the dwarven ruins, Sees-All-Colours is supposed to leave, and she doesn't, she just stands there. Doing a reloadui does nothing, logging off and on just sets me back to the beginning. Why is it SO difficult for this quest to be fixed? Is it any wonder people get frustrating playing this game?
