Lvl 14 chests in veteran dungeons - REALLY?!

Okay, so today me and my group finally managed veteran Spindleclutch. I'm not sure what sorcery all these ppl who supposedly do it at vet 1 perform, we barely managed it at vet 2 and I'm vet 4, but that's not the point, never claimed to be the best. It took us 2.5 hours, a lot of dying, thinking up strategies and drinking potions. We did it. We killed all the vet 5 bosses, got some nice purple vet drops, vet 5 quest reward etc.
Then, feeling really great, we went around to find chests with some reward for such awesome us and all the fighting we did; found both of them, looted...and found lvl 14 green gear in them. Seriously?! You put vet 5 bosses there but left lvl 14 loot?! How on Earth is this possible?

LadyDestiny✭✭✭✭✭Nice.......along with the wrong level loot dropping in VR zones. Was finishing up the Pact side of Caldwells's silver last night. Noticed that VR1 loot was dropping instead of VR 4 and 5, not too mention the level 50 potions. Did not loot a VR potion until I got to DC VR6 level.....hmmmm0
