Level 47-Vet1 rank BOTS? A dozen of them, running the same course for hours on end lagging the zone and steamrolling all the content so no one else can enjoy it? All the while GM's are nowhere to be found.

This doesn't trip any of your red flags? This tells me you have no anti-bot code WHATSOEVER and I might as well download the bot programs I found on the net and use them myself to stay competitive.

Since you obviously don't care and don't seem to have any plans to stop it. The dozens I reported a month ago are all still there on my ignore list.

I want to know what you plan to do about this or I'll not subscribe another month. I want to know you are actually working on a detection engine and not planning to just dump a random GM in the zone from time to time for token shenanigans.

After putting up with this and all the other problems for two months now I don't think it is too much to ask for some sort of status update more than "working on it."

Because I do not see any results of that alleged work, that's why.

I haven't seen a bot for a while and I was like "great, Zenimaxx fixing things" until I went to Bleakrock today to find some low-level wood. The moment I arrived a Nord woman flew by me, all around you could see bots in starter gear flying or speedhacking their way from node to node. Just standing by the wayshrine for 5 minutes I saw dozens of them. I couldn't BELIEVE how bad it got.

I can live with imbalanced classes, quest bugs or anything people put up here, I really love this game and I don't care, I am sure these things will be fixed one way or the other. But the bot problem just made me cancel my sub. Immersion is the one important thing for me in a game like ESO and bots totally destroy it.

I was always under the impression that hacks and exploits are number one priority when it comes to a mmo. But since this problem exists since release and there is nothing to be heard about fixing the problem (or acknowledging that it even exists) I am not sure Zenimaxx puts this as high on their list of priorities.

Relly a shame, as ESO is such a great game.
