I would like to know why the launcher still hasn't been cleansed of this issue? Seriously, this issue, along with a few others that I've read about, should be one of the first things to be fixed. A failed launcher means nobody plays, meaning lost subs meaning you guys don't get paid.
I am currently sitting at 80%. It took me 5 hours to get that far and will probably take another 4-5 hours to finish. I don't have 4-5 hours to waste babysitting the launcher. Also, don't post the link to the post with your static suggestions. I've gone to that post and done everything on that list, to no avail.
I've also ran a Game Consultant test and found that, within the tracert that it runs, that the link to your servers are dropped completely. I've sent that report to Technical Support and haven't even gotten a single reply out of them. I'm starting to wonder if you even want me to play this game of yours. Without the patch, I can't do that and without a working launcher, well, you see where I'm going here don't you?
If no one wants to communicate with me on fixing this issue, then I'll just unsub, leave the game and never look back, all while never buying another game from you ever again. Sad, at this point, I'd rather throw money away on a game like World of Warcraft than this right now, that is just how frustrated and angry I've gotten over the past 5 days.
You want people to enjoy your game, then things need to start getting fixed.
