I dont know what is causing this since it is relatively new issue. Whenever I come in contact with a big group of like 12+ players my abilities lock up or take 6-10 seconds for one ability to register. Also things will lock up and then speed up x4 for a few seconds. It makes pvp, and raiding impossible since reacting and doing damage doesn't happen.
