Error 201 still going on

So I went around and sent some emails to Zenimax hoping for a way to get this error that will not allow me to login. Really have had no real help, Please not e this was a couple days so I gave ESO a couple days to see if it would catch up but it did not. I know the password and username is correct.
I have tried to repair it 3 times.
I click update but nothing happens, I really don't know what else to do.
