Eternal loading screen for one character

Not so far ago I was freed from 301 error (and there will not be a 'thanks' to any from Zenimax)
I've played for 3 hours in absolutely happiness but...
I was at my main character Lïçherà in the Stormhaven (vr2 location for Pact) on the quest. In this quest I was need to came to Windridge Cave and speak with ghost.
I came there but for a some reason my quest wasn't updated and ghost doesn't want to speak with me. Very usual problem for TESO, it can be cured by relogin.
Ok, I've pressed relog, but stuck at 0 counter. Nwm, I've pressed quit and game was closed.
Start it again, login to character - I was outside the cave (but have quit inside). So enter again (this cave exists right here, so no loading screens), spoke with NPC and continued this quests. It is in the same cave - I was need to kill some more ghosts.
Also I checked very low FPS - 15-20, but always before it was 60+. Maybe it happens because of started rain or this cave has FPS problem - I even sent ingame bugreport about low FPS in this cave.
I was on my quest but low FPS was unbearable (and my CPU wasn't busy even on half!) and decided to relogin again. I was deep inside of cave and press Quit.
Started game again, choose my character and guess what? Infinity loading screen with sometimes "Unknown error" happening
So now I can login to the any of my characters without any problems but not on Lïçherà.
I've tryed to login without any addons, but it doesn't helped.
What i need to do now?

- EU players are humans too! We want our maintenances in the least pop time (at deep night) and not lasted for several hours!
- Animation canceR - is true PvP cancer! When you can't see which actions your opponent do - you can't react properly on them!

My experience went almost exactly like that, except my character was on a normal quest (lvl 19) and not on veteran. Logged out of Windshire Caves (or something like that) due to horrible FPS and now I can't log that character back in.
When first entering the cave, quest didn't update, but the FPS didn't drop so I came out and got booted to the login screen. Logged back in, entered cave, quest updated and FPS dropped to ~20 or so. Logged out and restarted the game thinking something must have gone wrong when the game kicked me out and couldn't log back in. The loading screen stays on for what seems like a minute and then I get kicked back to the login screen with "Unknown error has occurred" message.

✭After maintenance it was fixed.
My FPS in this cave was nearly 100 after patch
Support's advices was, as always, pretty pointless ><- PC EU. Ebonheart Pact. CP 1k+

✭This bug has been there since the game was released and is used as a trick to new players. Oh you want lots of gold, go to Windshire Caves. 50% of the people who enter there are now stuck in a log in loop.
Not a nice trick, they really need to fix it or just remove the caves0
