Purchased a new comp and have to DL the client again. After installing launcher the entire game patch seems to be acting strange...
The amount of data that is being downloaded is running fine, however, the percent complete of the download is barely moving at all.. I have downloaded over half the data but the percent complete of the download itself is at 16 %....
Is this a REAL issue or will it work itself out when the data is fully downloaded??
