Multiple things crashing game

I've been having some trouble with the game locking up on me. It doesn't normally happen at random. Once I'm logged in, the game is stable and I play for hours, but the moment I need to...
Need to reloadUI? Freeze. Turn grey. Only closes with Task Manager.
Need to log out to character screen? Freeze. Turn grey. Only closes with Task Manager.
/stuck? Forget it. Freeze. Turn grey. Only closes with Task Manager.
Those are only three things... but they are two very important things. I have spoken to customer service about this at length, and in fact just closed a ticket concerning it because the restart on Monday cured it all. For four days. Now it's back. It used to be that I'd get a 303 error and be kicked to the login screen. Now it just... melts. I can't be melted every time I need to reset my UI, mang!
All drivers up to date. Addons don't make a shred of difference (believe me. I've spent an inordinate amount of time being froze out of the game when I try to reloadUI after turning addons off and on). Loading mode (administrator, selective start up, etc. etc.) makes no difference.
Please help. Am I the only one that has this problem? Do I need to reopen that ticket?
