I still cannot log in..

On day 2 of being unable to log in.

It says when I try to log in: "Your login information was incorrect, please try again" yet I am able to access account management on this website with that information. I have tried changing my password 2 times now. New password works on account management here on the website but does not let me log into the game.

I really want to play. Maintenance did not fix the issue which is really upsetting. Please help!

    "Your login information was incorrect, please try again" - what the hell!! ..you ppl nerfed my Templar until you made him unplayable and now i can't even log in

    When i try to enter my account via website it says "You have been suspended from the site."

    May i ask what i did wrong considering i didn't even play that much since the nerf? Why am i suspended is this a bug?

    Is it because i canceled my subscription after the patch? I still have half a month left to play and i might even reconsider prolonging if Templar gets a fix like promised.

    I'm not even suspended. It says my account is active on the website here but it still says my log in info is incorrect whenever I try to log in to play.
