major latency on EU server

Dear ESO,
Please rebooth the EU server.
there is a huge latency problem, I asked online and olmost everybody who responded has problems with it.
Combat latency but even intereacting with an object or person takes seconds before something happends....
I tried different zones and characters... solo mode is fine but all other then that just breaks down...
And no it's not my computer... it did not change over night... as you somtimes tend to think!
