unable to see guild screen/ no acknowledgement from support

Hello,
I have previously sent 2 tickets. first was sent 2 weeks ago.
my latest ticket number is 140528-028038. I am still yet to receive any acknowledgement of either ticket.
My issue is that I cant see any other guild page (ie: roster etc) in game except for the first guild I joined, which was a trading guild. I am now unable to invite to my own guild or even see who is on.
none of the drop down menus work for me. I cant even toggle myself to busy.
