loading screen stuck

After the Craglorn patch my computer started having issues lagging in the game now i can't even get to the character select screen. after i put in my account info and press login it just gets stuck on the loading screen. Does anyone else have these issues

I'm having the same problem. The wife and I were questing together, when we both interacted with the same door and instantly crashed. Now we are both stuck in the infinite login screen loop. I've gone as far as to reinstall windows and all my drivers to see if that would fix the issue and still no dice. I'm very disappointed with ESO customer support, have been given the run around and disconnected from two customer service calls and on hold for the third one the past two hours.
