hey guys, here is my templar.

lemme tell you a little about him.
he's only lvl 15 and i havent been playing him the last 10 days because i've been working offshore but the time i spent on him when i was home was really fullfilling. loved the class.
he can deal with 3 mobs with little problem but 4 is a bit much. depending on the mobs.
i focus down 1 fast and move on to the next since my skills are mostly single target.
start with a vampire bane from afar and click the invasion to rush in and start the fight.
by then the target is already at about 70% health. use the pierce armor that lowers the targets armor and spell resistance with 40% and its an easy burn from there on down.
use the stamina skills to do damage along with power attacks and normal attacks and the magic to heal yourself to stay alive, keep a track of your surroundings and dodge when its called for and position yourself correctly so you dont take damage from all 3 at the same time and the fights are quick and easy. for a little extra dps use the soul trap ability on each mob in turn and you will get your stamina, mana and health refilled by 8% after each kill.
this is my setup and it works fine for me, a sword and board char with self heal.
notice i havent set up a second weapon set yet since i didnt have time before i had to ship of for work but seeing all those "templar = bad" threads made me feel i had to post something good about them.
