This is a minor item, but could you possibly change the title for the bank payment to something like ESO STANDARD rather than DIGITAL STANDARD E
LONDON, its very confusing when your looking over your payment history to see such a common phrase.
Either that or add some form of serial that I can link back to the payment, I was looking for a while trying to figure out what that payment was for.
