Yes i ran into bots i reported a while back too... they don`t even bother with them... they just bring a GM from time to time to make us feel better and that`s it... he bans 5-10 bots and he is gone.

In all seriousness, what are zos doing now? Craglorn is out. What could possibly be so time consuming that they can't even deal with bots and bugs properly?

It is five days passed since "patch".
Five. Days. Five.
What has been done? Some "at-once-patch-injection" without server restarting?
Even now some(?) people still got this "fixed bugs".
It's not normally to fix 2-month-old bugs so much time.
"Here, guys, we bringing you Craglorn, eat this! Bugs?We are investigating!".
It seems that dev team too far away from CS, from forum and even from their workplaces.
I can not otherwise explain such stagnation.
Waiting for another level-ups and new-content-patch, where initial bugs will be fixed?

Trust me, I am getting pissed as well. Vinedusk Village is being over-run by them. I mean, there must be about a 100 or so flying through the air and doing quests. It is completely ridiculous. I logged out after reporting about 10 of them in disgust.

None of these have been banned either. They are from weeks before the patch. Names are in the video description:
