Camlorn werewolf stun

Hey,
today I started questing with a new character in the Daggerfall Covenant. In the city of Camlorn, I experienced some weird bug:
The werewolfs there can stun my character, so that I lie on the ground. After getting up again, I was unable to move. This happend to me twice and to some guy that was beside me. He ask me to let him be killed by the werewolf, to be able to move again.
I already reported that bug, but I'm wondering, if this is a post Craglorn bug or if that has been there before.
Anyone else having this issue?
