Shortened Reach Distance with Interactable Objects

Not sure what the reasoning is behind the apparent reach distance being shortened with Patch 1.1.2, but now a large number of interactable items such as crates, barrels, sacks, hanging wall cabinets, etc. are now out of reach. Because of how these items were placed in the world environments(which vary greatly from zone to zone) we have had the ability to do a fundamental aspect of the game greatly reduced.

Please put the reach distance back where it was...it didn't need a change in the first place, and now you managed to ruin yet another aspect of the game. Especially when it was painfully obvious nobody QA'd this change, or else someone would have realized that opps...they can't reach half the items placed in the whole of Tamriel.

This was not included in the patch notes(that alone everyone can go speculate themselves silly as to why). I would be interested in hearing why this change was made, and development time spent on this rather than other more important issues that still persist in the game.

TBH it annoyed me at first, but then I saw a number of bots glitching out because they couldn't farm. Bought a brief respite from them, until they re-wrote their scripts of course.
The only negative experience in ESO is those that make it negative.
