Anyone know how to get a refund?

I've read that some people have done it. The game does not work at all now for me and I've been having trouble with it for over a month. I've sent/received around 25 emails from CS and none of their suggestions work and it looks like they're out of suggestions now, except of course the convenient "its probably a problem with your network". I wanted to unsubscribe but I also feel like I deserve a refund. Anyone know how? Is it with the credit card provider?

    Open a ticket requesting a refund. It IS possible but no one here knows thier exact policy on this. Some got one. Some got denied.

    Poor customer, you didn't read the agreement did you? With its few problems like many MMO's do that first come out. Comparing the many I have played and tested dating back to 1997. ESO is meeting my expectations. I love it!

    Yeah I think the majority don't have issues. But some people have a lot of issues depending on thier software, hardware, drivers.

    You have had it, and playex, tried to play, and activated the cd key. No refund. You had it for 30 plus days.

    Yes, you have to put 12 daedric hearts in your left pocket, hop on one leg, stick your thumb up your nose and sing Ragnar the Red in an Orcish accent. Then you have to sacrifice a mudcrab in the name of the Dragon Cult, turn around three times and repeat the words "Zenimax I worship thee" (10 times)

    Oh and this has to be done during a full moon, in a leap year !

    All the replies after mine are just conjecture or frustration. It was asked and answered. Why are you all trying to make things more difficult?

    Allot of people don't keep up with their drivers and there are allot that have PC's that they or their parents bought them that just can't play a graphic game like this, its the hard truth.

    I bought new hardware and did a full reformat just before the game came out. It made a nice clean field for eso to try and play right. Don't require that for others but for me it works. I reformat every 6 months or so.

    ...you keep your little person attitude in check. I didn't see anywhere which this poor person said he never read the "agreement." They asked about a refund, and it is possible they can get one. You will never know if people get one because when they get it, they can't post anymore as their account is deactivated/closed/gone forever. I don't care if you were a crash test dummy for the Mercury Program (and by your attitude I think you were.) Saying that you have tested games since 1997 does not mean feces. It does not carry any weight anywhere and does not give you the right to demean this person's issues. I know your type, your type has provided me plenty of fun in my long life.

    I have a 2600k OC to 4.6Ghz, Gtx 780 Ti (fastest single gpu card in existence), Samsung 512GB SSD, 16GB Corsair Vengeance 2133 Mhz and much more knowledge that you could ever have on computer hardware/software. So stfu with your ridiculous assumptions. The game is broken in the sense that some link by ESO to my computer is non responsive who's fault is that? The programming done by ESO or the hosting that Zenimax bought from Amazon was not enough or inadequate. My network on the other hand is composed by a state of the art router and modem holding a 200Mb/s symmetrical connection and the ISP doesn't even practice throttling like the majority, its presumably one of the best and most reliable ISP's in North America.

    Now I get all of you people saying "its your fault", "ESO is amazing", "it works perfect for me so it must be you", yeah actually I said the exact same thing a couple of months ago when everything worked perfectly and I saw all these ragers on forums saying they were going to quit. Well now I fully understand them, lets hope this doesn't happen to you guys otherwise you will look like a true failure.

    Well with your track history of issues that I'm sure they have on file from your multiple tickets, you may have a chance. But all you can do is open a ticket and hope for the best. Good luck.

    I did open a ticket, I've had about 30 replies from them and still they don't even know what its related to I've dozens of different changes to my system and network.
