[BUG] Unresponsive ESC button = unresponsive game

This one is new for me since 1.1.2. And I consider it a game breaking bug, especially in any situation that involves combat.
When:
- At random times, shortly after login, or during some later moment while playing but mostly when using game menus. Happens frequently in different game sessions, problem is structural.
What:
- I notice the ESC button no longer working for me; in other words: I cannot access settings menus or log out normally.
- Other critical game functionality also stops working: wayshrine travel is impossible (no response when clicking to travel), trait research will not respond, and it generally seems as though the game does not register player input related to menu items at all. I can also not destroy items from the inventory.
Workaround:
- ALT+F4 and restarting the game. /Reloadui only works sporadically.

i5 3570k @ 4.2Ghz
8GB 1600/CL9 DDR3
2x GTX 660 SLI
Game installed on Samsung 830 256gb SSD
All game related add-ons installed on Samsung 830 256gb SSD
Game running at High settings on Single-GPU with SLI 8x SSAA, 1080p with ingame AA and Vsync disabled.
There are no add-ons that are currently producing UI Errors for me. Game crashes sporadically if ever. Overall the game runs relatively stable until I encounter the above issue.

Meogi✭Repair game and disable all add ons solved it for me (so far a couple of hours gaming without issues). I didn't have add-on error message either, but its not the same as saying it doesn't interfere.
Tomorrow, I will start enabling the add ons again in several steps and see whether I am in the clear or not.0 -

✭There is MILLION threads about ESC bug since 1.1.2! And every of it have a solution for this 'bug'!
Disable ANY group leader addons and ESOhead too!- PC EU. Ebonheart Pact. CP 1k+

- EU players are humans too! We want our maintenances in the least pop time (at deep night) and not lasted for several hours!
- Animation canceR - is true PvP cancer! When you can't see which actions your opponent do - you can't react properly on them!

ESC bug is now gone with updated addons, including group leader/marker addons and esohead.0
