I have ticketed this in game, Facebooked it also.
Library of Dusk is full of level 2 and 3 players wearing rags - the NPC's do not react to them, then they zone out and get xp down at Telenger the Artificer below. I have stopped counting at 100...
Is there anyone that can come and see/stop this?

KriHavok✭✭✭✭Sometimes, in the zone chat, there will be a System message from a GameMaker (GM), who are official moderators/administrators that will ask you to whisper them with any bot names. If you see one of these System messages, whisper them to a GM, but you might have to wait for one in chat.UESP Staffer & Wiki Editor0
