Main storyline ENDING bug(s)? [Spoilers]

I sent in a support request and after a few back and forths they marked it as solved and mentioned I shoudl submit it as a bug to the developers, so I figured I'd ask if anyone else has experienced this or if something is actually incomplete. Please note, beyond this will probably be spoilers, so you've been warned.

Ok.. I finished up the Coldharbour quest line this past weekend which resulted in Meridia showing her identity and losing the ayleid king and some MIA individuals during the last push to stop the planemeld. I got ported back to the chapel where Meridia is standing there in her golden glow form and the ayleid king dies over in the corner with no one else left aside from mage guild leader and the one mage lady. Stepping outside, I get a vision from Varen/Prophet that we going to go to defeat Molag Bal. Cool. I look around outside in Coldharbour and... Meridia is standing there in the Groundskeeper form and talking to me like it's before the big assault (bug #1?). I look around to see if the pirates ever made it to the Hollow City or if Stibbens (or whatever his name is) FINALLY made it back to town after rescuing him twice (from the dremora chick in west and the dremora chicks in the north). No sign of the pirates and Stibbens is indeed in the Consultant's house.. but Laurent chick is not even acknowledging his presence (bug #2?). I'm wandering around and head over to the Fighter's Guild and.... the Ayleid King is alive and well and talking pre-assault (bug #3?). Ok.. so I log out, log back in.. leave the zone, come back.. and nothing updates.. everyone in the Hollow city talking like it's still pre-assault mode despite my achievements for completion in Coldharbour and all my map markers in the zone showing completed. Entering the chapel again and there's glowing Meridia and dead ayleid king in the corner still.

So I head to the Harborage thinking something might not be activated because I didn't finish that part of the Main Story. Long story short, I killed Molag Bal. Listen to Meridia and Molag Bal talk, watch my two remaining companions head out and I'm left with Sir Cadwell and Meridia travel crystal in the Harborage (even hopped over to the next alliance to check out the start of it). Mind you.. I'm already a quarter into vet rank 1 too now. So.. all done and done. I head back to the Hollow city and... same deal. inside the chapel, Meridia glowing and dead king, outside the chapel, meridia as groundskeeper, aeyleid king alive and nothing/no one responding like I've stopped the planemeld and/or molag bal defeated.

Am I bugged story-wise? or was the main storyline incomplete and it's not just me? I was expecting a few hurrahs, people mourning the loss of fallen comrades during the assault, maybe the two odd houses left in Hollow City that are still locked up being unlocked with new occupants, etc.

Anyone else? Or someone care to share with me what is supposed to have happened after everything was completed (because no telling when/if it'll get fixed/completed by ZoS). Thanks.

    I too have this issue, where nothing happens after finishing the main quest. While I am curious what it would be like to see the city finally being inhabited by others and peace finally coming to Cold Harbor, I cant say I'm absurdly bothered by it. Is it a minor inconvenience? Not really, and as of such, probably shouldn't be top priority for repairs, but it would be nice to see it out of the time bubble if possible.

    So I take it from the limited response that I really am bugged. Anyone care to elaborate what the post defeat of Molag Bal in the Hollow City is supposed to look like then? I'd really be interested in knowing how the main story wrap up was supposed to go.

    As suggested by the CS rep that closed my support ticket, I filled out a bug report to the developers. It may not be a showstopper from me accessing/progressing the game, but there's a certain anti-climactic feel to all of it since I've been very engrossed in the storyline.

    Did you talk to Cadwell? Do you have a "Cadwell's Almanac" tab in your journal?

    Did you go back to the Harborage to complete your last stand with Molag Bal?

    yeah.. I've defeated Molag Bal already and have unlocked going to the other alliance zone(s) via Meridia's travel crystal in the Harborage and my 2 other companions headed out too

    hmmm.. I talked with Sir Cadwell and only thing I have from him is "Cadwell's Silver" (to experience the Ebonheart Pact.. I'm currently dominion).

    OK. It sounds like it is working as designed then. After you talk to Molag Bal and Meridia, it is pretty much done. Then you talk to Cadwell and he tells you go do another 100 levels worth of gopher quests in the other factions. That's it. It is very poorly written and anticlimactic unfortunately.

    Oh! Sorry, I understand now. It's not just you. I see the same thing. I think it is because you are getting put back into the regular shared instance of CH. Just another bug and lack of polish. They probably don't consider it major because you don't have any need to stick around CH any longer.

    I don't know anyone that isn't the same. I think the last current instance is like that. Not sure if there should be 1 more for "winners."

    Separately:

    Stibbons is always not recognized even if you never see his boss before you rescue him the 2nd time too.

    Not sure if the pirates go to town or not, especially if you go the skelly route.

    I have beat the game 2x, but most of my choices are the same, (I think my only exception is elf/naga, that I switched up) so I'm not sure what happens with the about 5 houses that stay locked and a yard area that seems heavily bannered to be empty

    I noticed the same thing. While disappointing and kills immersion, I chucked it off to a phasing resource thing.
