Cannot log into the game

I have checked my internet connection, I have repaired, disabled addons.
I keep getting log in timeout and it has never happened to me before. Does anyone know what is going on?

HerbZula✭✭If you can not find a player to help you you will never get on. ESO customer service cant help. There are lots of people who cant get on and no word when we can

Sometimes no error then sometimes 301 -.- It only just came up then, is there any work around as of yet?0 -
GossiTheDog✭✭✭✭✭Error 301/login time out has been happening to a growing number of customers for 6 days. It is account, not computer specific, so you will get it on other computers too. Zenimax have no fix.1 -

Evandus✭✭✭✭I was playing the game earlier tonight and crashed. Decided I'd see the kids off to bed and get a few other things done. About 2 hours later I tried to log in unsuccessfully multiple times. Same thing happens every time:
1st attempt times out after entering username/password with no explanation.
2nd attempt gives error 301.
I'd read about others experiencing this. However I wasn't affected until tonight. And I've been playing off and on all weekend. I also read a staff post directing users to a set of instructions that involved logging onto our account page and signing a new TOS. Except there is no new TOS to sign once I logged in.
I can access the forums and my account page. However, attempts to log into the game reciprocate as per my 1st/2nd example.

There's a post under 'General discussion' acknowledging the problem. It's not on the website, the social channels, here or the announcements section.
