If enemies can throw knives, why cant I throw knives I pick up?

RastSekyd✭✭You can. It's a Dual Wield skill called Hidden Blade, and it's what those enemies are using against you.1

Brockxz✭✭Only our hidden blade skill is nowhere near effective as NPCs have. I would love to do 700-900 dmg as they do with hidden blade.Edited by Brockxz on May 27, 2014 7:14AM2
