    1) Have the Thieves Guild Npc's attack on sight anyone without a certain level of infamy. Make your nefarious choices count, and also give people who are KOS in most cities a place to hang out.

    2) Would love to see the shadowmarks get a more prominent role, good call there. I always wished they had given them more importance in Skyrim.

    3) Probably more of an Assassins guild one, but have the ability to post a bounty on a player in Cyrodill, claimable by anyone. I'm sure some would argue it would lead to griefing, but hey its pvp, and it needs to be tied in with the pve side imo.

Furthermore, I'm hoping players can visit Evergloam, the realm of Oblivion that is ruled by Nocturnal. It is the realm of perpetual twilight.

Make it the default RP zone, I'm sure it will be filled with vampires and werewolves in no time.

    My $0.02 on bounties:

    - You can put out 1 hit every 48 hours, so you cannot grief some poor sap by having your friends execute him, and give you the money back so you can do it again.
    - If you get killed once, you're murdered. Bounty is paid and you are no longer yellow. They can't keep whaling on you after rez. That's it.
    - One player cannot be marked by more than one person at a time. One hit every 48 hours per victim, max. Light-hearted griefing good, online torture bad.
    - Putting out a hit gives "bad karma". The gods see you...and they are displeased. UNLESS your vic is a vampire or KOS. No bad karma. Sorry vamps, it comes with the territory.
    - Killing someone under your level naturally grants the assasin no XP
    - Bounties have a minimum, you can spend no less than 1000gp in the hit-man GUI
    - Completion of DB questline gives access to special hit-man GUI that has no gold minimum for offered bounties
    - Anyone murdered in Coldharbour has a 0.05% chance of rezzing...as a vampire!
    - Important for balance: SURVIVING an asassination attempt and killing the asassin grants the target TWICE the XP the attacker would have gotten for killing you, and the defeated assasin gets twice the item durability penalty that normally occurs in PVE. The failed asassin forfeits, and cannot try to collect agian. The target is no longer yellow to him. Others may still try.
    - If an asassin is in a group, they split the reward like in a PVE encounter
    - If a mark is in a group when asassins strike, all asassins become red to all the mark's group. They may defend the mark, and get XP if they live, as well as good karma.
    - Surviving an asassination attempt is an achievment
    - Surviving asassination by a group is an achievment and a skill point (one time)
    - If you are successfully murdered, the name of the character who paid for the hit is divulged somehow. If you live, it is not.

    My ideas.
