The Artisan Quest Bugged

Found another quest that's bugged for me.

The Artisan quest in Greenshade. I initiate the quest with Cinnar and the next step is to read his notes which should appear in front of him, but they never appear and you cannot progress any further.

If anyone has found a work around, that would be great.

The notes in your quest items do nothing either. A bug for sure

    Hey there @KenK12345,

The letters should show up as a quest item in your inventory. Reading the letters will advance the quest step.

If this doesn't help, please let us know the exact quest step you're on and we'll be happy to take a closer look!

... I was just about to type up a detailed response to this describing exactly which steps... when I realised I was looking down the whole time and the quest item to interact with is on the wall hanging that requires looking up....

This for me was last quest step showing "Find Calastil's Item" on the white arrowed (ie quest selected entrance) door to Laurosse's house. I sneak, pick the lock and go in and the blue bar at the top appears indicating area for quest....

Not sure if it was there the previous 4 times I sneaked in as i didn't look up.

Also if there is not some strange and unfathomable delay/timing in this like that other quest.

I mention this embarrassing interlude here in the hopes that it may help others who can read this and sneak away quietly to just get this &&^%$ quest done.

    Go the newb.

Instead of making the players have to guess and struggle to find where the notes are (as most are somewhere on a map) maybe your team could help people by saying where the notes are located. Better yet where task are make that task clickable to redirect you to where the note are. Or even what your team already does which is have the player push E button to open the notes from their inventory right after talking to the initial quest giver. Most of the items you pick up for a quest are place holders and have little to no value on the quest it self.

I had the same problem but if you have questioned all 5 and don't see a quest marker in town. Go back to the bank and go up the stairs. The assistant has a marker (not seen on door by the way) and talking to him will advance the quest.

As noted above I did advance the quest, but after I recovered the stolen items I am directed to return to Cinnar, with area quest marker. But once in the are and next to Cinnar, he doesn't have a marker and cannot be talked to. Tried logging off and back on, no go.
