Launcher gets stuck on Loading for 5-15 minutes....

This is quite an annoying problem when I'm wanting to get into the game quickly, the launcher opens up OK, but then it stays on loading for anywhere between 5-15 minutes on average (sometimes faster, sometimes up to 20 minutes).
It always eventually gets to the end of loading and displays the 'play' button et al, but waiting for 20 minutes after clicking the launcher sometimes really kills my buzz!
Is there any way (without a FULL uninstall/re-install) to fix this?
For a while, I deleted the 'launcher_version' file in the Launcher folder, and that seemed to fix the problem for a couple of logins, but now it's just doing what it did previous, and continuously loading.
Anyone know how to update/reinstall just the launcher? Is it available for download to repair my current one anywhere?
