Vibrating Horse Animation/Glitch

I'm running through multiple zones and I'm seeing quite a bit of this. Players sitting still on their horse. Vibrating. Violently. Has anyone else seen this/have this problem? I'm not sure whether they are having an epileptic seizure or simply had too much skooma. I will include a video purely for educational purposes.

LadyDestiny✭✭✭✭✭Guilty of lol as well, but this is a problem. It's not just the horses, but all player pets are affected. Hate standing at the bank only to see someones monkey standing there in my face constantly jerking, and no don't go there.......

Now that you've mentioned it I've started paying attention to people's pets and you're right. It even affects summoned creatures.Pffffff0 -
LadyDestiny✭✭✭✭✭Wierd thing is yesterday, I was grinding my low level sorc (yeah I know, don't bash me for not leveling it to VR. chose NB instead
) anyway, the summon familiar is really bugged. The stupid thing would summon and then jerk around and then despawn. Sometimes it wouldn't even summon, just show a dark ring of nothingness. Sent in a ticket but not sure if this is happening to anyone else on a low level character. Anyway, after investing points in my familiar I am still fighting alone.....lol
