Is still farming the same pack of wolves in Crows Wood, spamming the same skill over and over again 24 hours a day, only leaving to sell. He was VR1, now hes VR6.

I totally disagree...
Its the wolves that are suffering here. Imagine the humiliation of being continually reborn and falling to the same weapon thrust again and again.
Give MOBS an ultimate ability too, that recharges every time they are killed by the same player...something like 'Summon Daedric Prince' has a nice ring to it.5 -

This bot alone probably generated 300 - 500$ of revenue for his master. So if he gets banned there is no problem to repurchase another 5 bots, even without stolen credit cards.
They need to ban bots before they reach the profitable break even point, or the bots will keep coming forever.1 -
