Legacy of the Three Quest in Windrage Cave (Stormhaven) Problems

My main character - Geegolly - is currently stuck in an infinite "An unknown error has occurred".

I was doing the quest Legacy of the Three in Stormhaven. Quest takes place in Windrage Cave. Quest objective "Entrap Arie's Soul" is bugged/non interactable. Standard response is to log out and try on a different server instance.

Once logged out character is unable to log back in due to "unknown error"

Related to problem, once entering into Windrage Cave, game became almost unplayable with a 3 second lag to every action *abilities and movement*
If I stepped outside of the cave, game became playable again.

I am able to log into alternate characters just fine. In fact I am had to send the /bug report from one. Could not send report from affected character due to "unkown error" message.

Please do not give me a dismissive response or "issue known" I'd like to continue playing the game today. Please have my character - Geegolly - moved to nearest wayshrine and I will complete the quest when you fix it.

Don't log out while in the cave. Your character will be "stuck".

My main character Shariss (VR7) can't interact with Arie's remains either. I havent' experienced any relogging problems, but it sure did not help. Neither does reload UI. At all.
