New bug - game thinks I am dead but I live!!

This is a new one on me...
So fighting some Maulborn plague boss at the start of VR7 in Deshaan. I go in stealth and try for a quick kill but she's a healer so I switch to my sustain build and start to unload dot & interrupt her heals... so far, so good. But after a couple of hard hist she gets me close to death... but I guess the heal from Blood Craze or Soul Swallow keeps me alive... but the game thinks I am dead, she is vanished, and as per my screenie I can run around but the mobs ignore me and I cannot attack them!
I'll try travelling to see if that fixes, if not I'll quit and come back in... any other ideas? Anyone had this before or is it new?
