Can we atleast get acknowledgment that this error is being worked on? I have friends that have been unable to sign in for 2 days now. People can only take so much before they just give up. Every email for customer support has acted like it's a client side issue when it clearly is not. Please just acknowledge the problem so I can atleast tell my friends you are working on it before they all jump ship. If I have no one left to play ESO with I'll be forced to jump ship too.
