Merchants and bank not working since patch!

Since the newest patch I've had a couple of things happening:
- Trying to delete things (this was in bank) and it says they are "locked".
- Trying to put money in bank but the R button is suddenly non-responsive.
- It says I don't have enough money in bank to upgrade but I've got a 1000 over what it costs.
- Solution is to re-log in but like bank commands ESC key suddenly unresponsive.
- Need to use /camp to log out only to log back in and the same things happening. The buttons seem like they're responding for one command but after that nothing works until I log back out.
I thought I was the only one but it seems others are having the same problems. I can go into inventory screens, engage in NPC dialogues but the buttons aren't responding to commands. I need to check if I can buy/sell anything.
