Problems with Hotfix!

I have been getting HUGE CPU spikes since I downloaded the latest Hotfix.
Anyone else having this issue and is there a way I can fix this?????

had major crashing issues since it was applied, I use to get a crash every 2/3/4 hours now its crashing every 30-40 minutes
