I need a mod to cancel my most recent in-game support ticket

As the title says, I need a moderator to close my most recent help request regarding a quest issue. In the ticket, I was asking for help abandoning a quest (main quest, couldn't drop it) but it is no longer necessary as I found an alternative way of resetting the quest.
My worry now is that a GM will read my ticket after the fact and still issue a quest reset and that may cause issues with my storyline.
I would send an e-mail but I didn't receive any message with a ticket number for me to write down, and there's no other way for me to access my ticket.
