    Hey there, @Nightspectre‌. Rest assured, your ticket is still active, and our agents are looking into the issue. Our Support Team never delete tickets. In fact, even when a ticket is solved, you're able to respond to your support email if you have any further questions about the issue.

    The 301 error is being investigated by our Dev Team, as other players are affected by it as well. We recommend keeping an eye on this larger thread, where we'll be able to provide as update as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience!
