Issues logging in Login timed out or Error 301

I had to ctrl alt delete after I had gotten an endless loading screen while going to character selection now I cannot login. I figured I would just need to give it time, but this is not the case 8 hours later...To me it seems our characters are stuck logged in or something.. Alot of people having these issues don't give me those damned blanket fixes either they wont work for this I've tried it all.. Its on YOUR end Ticket number 140524-036267
