Unable to log on to character[Infinite loading screen]

I was just questing and exited a cave. After the loading was complete I walked for 2 seconds and another loading screen appeared with a infinite loop and ever changing game tips.

If I try to log back into the character a normal loading screen appears and after it's complete the loop starts again.

This makes playing impossible for me at the Moment.

This is just the case with my main character. Logging onto my alts works fine.

Did anyone else have the same problem and has a fix or solution? I would be very grateful.

A new patch has been released fixing the loading screen problem.

I like many other players are still unable to even access our characters because we are stuck getting the Log in timeout or Error 301. Any news on this fix? The patch that we keep getting linked to hasn't changed our current situation.

Im in the same boat. I cant even get to the character screen...been down for 3 days now. Can we get an update please.

i can't access any of my character still. Checked them over the last 5-10 mins.

I'm not even getting to character select. I can log in, then I get stuck on the load screen between login and character select. Been on the same load screen for an hour and 22 minutes.

First log in after hot fix:

selected templar and traveled to mournhold ( waysshrine )
got loading screen for about 5 seconds , after that monitor goes black and cant see a thing ,
control + alt + del does not work to shut down the program
windows button to tab to windows does not work
only way to exit was to do a reboot.

relog and see if i can duplicate problem , cant be done .
but atleast everything seems to be working now able to play again.
prolly just some vierd glitch.

Nice to hear it is fixed! I noticed I died while in the loop and spammed wayshrine respawn and I got out of it.
