After reading hundreds of threads about people unable to get to sign on to the game and being supposedly banned from the game one would expect ESO to come out and acknowledge a problem.
Or just announce that with the release of new patch 1.1.2
ESO has been morphed to Elder Scrolls Off-Line ( additional wait time and inability to log in the game, while still paying the subscription fee). You will not get your skill points and or money back. Shut your complaints and stop bothering customer service. Go play scrabble.
