Since Patch Game Crashes When I use a Balista

Title says it all, every time I use a ballista in Cyrodiil the game crashes now. It did not happen for a few hours playing and using siege, however once it happened it happens now every time. Verifying the game files several times with the launcher was no help, game still crashes if I use a ballista every time now. I have not tried it with other type of siege.
I don't know if this was the reason for the problem but the siege crash didn't happen until I came back from a Craglorn dungeon?
