Can't log in, account suspended.

The log in screen is claiming my password is incorrect (checked for caps lock and all the good stuff that screws up passwords), typed it in slowly to make sure it was correct and the game still claimed it wasn't correct. When I try to log on to your website, it states that my account has been suspended. I've gone through and tried repairing the client. Reinstalled even. Still can't log in. Since it is the weekend, this is when I mainly get to play games, and it is incredibly inconvenient that I can't even log in to the game I purchased and pay a subscription for.

I sent in a ticket around 7 hours ago now and have yet to hear back. Looking through the forums it seems that there are quite a few people experiencing this problem. With so many paying customers being blocked from what they are paying for, especially during a time most people have set aside to play games (weekends) you would think more would be being done to fix this issue. I set aside today to just sit, relax, and enjoy my game. And now I can't do that. With all the issues this game has had, especially in the area of getting into/staying in-game, it makes me wonder why I keep my subscription going. If this issue could be resolved quickly, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

    You'r unfortunately indeed one of many that for some mysterious reason has become suspended. There have been several reports by others that had the issue, and all you can do is hope CS will handle your ticket quickly and re-activate your account.

    wouldn't be the first Time they Suspended folks falsely

    @Rage_Frost, can't really be prevented from happening either, played years of WoW and plenty of people including myself (dozens of times) have been falsely banned there. Can be triggered by so many factors you can't really stop it from happening, all you can do is provide fast CS to reactivate the accounts.
    Things like human error, auto-detection mechanism, bugs can all contribute to an account being disabled for no reason at all. If so they can easily enough check if you are or are not validly banned. In cases nothing is wrong it's one tickbox in a form to let you get back in again.

    posting my friends # since he was also removed from the forums now..
    Question Reference # 140524-000319 this is his ticket # they said the area that handles this issue isn't open till Monday from 9-5..

    Also they closed the thread he also posted in with no reason giving so someone has to fight the fight for him I guess. He had the issue where we were all skyshard hunting in the PVP " in a cave" area 4 of us then he crashed in the cave and boom suspended the others had no problem at all and can still log in...

    seems they are just closing threads with a basic response instead of saying oh hey yes their is a problem we are looking into it

    Hopefully we can have a Dev respond to one of these threads.

    @ZOS_JessicaFolsom and @ZOS_GinaBruno always seem to be right on top of the issues!

    I know and that is unfortunate, but clearly explainable by the sheer number of tickets they have to deal with. In the future I'm sure these response times will become shorter, and if I were ZOS at this moment, I would simply put more people to work CS in order to be able to process the tickets faster.

    Just consider how many tickets they will receive if even only 1% of users will create a ticket for every single bug, bot, goldseller they come across, that's a tremendous pile of work.
