The log in screen is claiming my password is incorrect (checked for caps lock and all the good stuff that screws up passwords), typed it in slowly to make sure it was correct and the game still claimed it wasn't correct. When I try to log on to your website, it states that my account has been suspended. I've gone through and tried repairing the client. Reinstalled even. Still can't log in. Since it is the weekend, this is when I mainly get to play games, and it is incredibly inconvenient that I can't even log in to the game I purchased and pay a subscription for.
I sent in a ticket around 7 hours ago now and have yet to hear back. Looking through the forums it seems that there are quite a few people experiencing this problem. With so many paying customers being blocked from what they are paying for, especially during a time most people have set aside to play games (weekends) you would think more would be being done to fix this issue. I set aside today to just sit, relax, and enjoy my game. And now I can't do that. With all the issues this game has had, especially in the area of getting into/staying in-game, it makes me wonder why I keep my subscription going. If this issue could be resolved quickly, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
