Crafted sets - the night mother's gaze set bonus - intended or bug?

Today i have noticed that night mother's set bonuses changed a bit - now it has 5% spell crit bonus if 5 items equipped.
So the question is - while it has 20% armor reduction bonus on weapon crits for 3 items - was it as intended to add spell critical for 5 items equipped?
Seems very wierd to me so i suppose it was a bug.
