✭✭✭✭Is this in response to a ticket you submitted? They usually ask about it. They gave me a choice between giving the secret answer or the last digits of my cc number, as it was a payment issue. But if I were you, I'd ask them to actually give you the security question first - like it's supposed to work, but they apparently never bother.Edited by Rosveen on May 24, 2014 9:49AM0 -
Tobiz✭✭✭Yeah I got an email asking me for the answer to my security question as I wrote a ticket about unable to log on to forum*, but since I dont remember it, I couldnt answer and asked CS to give me the question itself. Its been two weeks and still no reply.
