Ancestor Moth Temple (Cyrodiil) bug?

My buddy and I were chasing down skyshards in cyrodiil but when we tried to get the one located in the catacombs of the 'ancestor moth temple' (or smthn like that) we ran into a slight problem. As we descended the stairs (already in the catacomb area) we were suddenly forced into a load screen that was constantly cycling through the "tips" at the bottom with just a black screen (no image in background). After trying the basic fixes (relogging etc) we still find ourselves stuck in that cycle of loading screens every time we try to log into that character. Anyone else having this issue? If so I would really appreciate any help you can offer

ferzalrwb17_ESO✭✭✭✭✭Yes. If you try to enter any internal area in Cyrodiil you will lose your character in a looping load. Some people have successfully contacted support and been teleported out of Cyrodiil. Some, like me, have not been successfully teleported out (though they said they tried).0 -
