memory leak, then moved to unknown error

ok, game was running perfectly fine this morning, besides the rollbacks, and the memory leaks. Its still in its prime of launch and all but now an unknow error has occurred. i can log into the game but then i get booted instantly. zeni says its my ISP but i find that hard to believe since i can hop onto another game and play it just fine, and have no problems what so ever. I did find out that they had this issue back in beta with memory leaks, and unknown error has occurred. So the real question is what is zeni gonna do to fix this issue???
