Can Loggin but can not get to Characters?

I'd like to know if others have this problem and got it fixed. ( I know there are other problems hoping this stays on topic )
I was able to play after the patch - I had 2 roll backs. I figured I'd wait an hour before playing again. Log in - can not get to character select, now my wife who is playing anytime I tried logging on would see that I would log in and the last character I played was on.
I sent a ticket (140522-018872)yesterday with in a half hour came back as solved. I went to log in. No stuck at the same place. Went out side for a smoke, came back still not in. Alt-tab out force quit. Reply Not solved. Get an email for a survey. Why it's not solved.
Did I really just get an I want to go home now, solved take a survey, with out reading the ticket? That's what it seamed like.
I fill the survey out explain everything again. Explain Not Solved again. I reinstall the client. Can not get to characters. I sent a second ticket (140523-000742). No response. I verify and repair. Nothing. I switch to EU server. Wait the download out. Get to log on and no character.
Gave up and went to bed. Gonna get at least 2hrs sleep.
This morning, get an email saying "We thank you for reporting this situation to us. We are aware that some players are experiencing long loading times or lag. We are looking into this now and will let you know as soon as we have an update." it is now Escalated.
I reply, Still having the problem. It is now over 6hrs after that email. Nothing else in my email about what to do.
So some players who are experiencing this problem did you ever get a fix? Did you get a time line of when we can play again?
I understand there are many tickets coming in right now. Where is the communication? I would like to know how long I will not be able to use my account.

Banumu✭✭So your saying to fix the problem that I have and maybe other people is to get lag so we can log into the game ?
