Maybe its time to ask for mass refunds...

This is not even close to what was advertised and its worse every patch..

I`m not sure about international players but the EU ones can get a refund of their unused game time, don`t know about more...

Maybe its time we consider asking for a refund as the game is now unplayable and they are not saying/doing anything...

What do you think?

I think your post is rather silly... I have no issues at all and am quite enjoying the game... It is not unplayable at all... but hey... that's just me.

If you wanna quit, then do so but don't try to drag others out with you...

Not without severest pressure.... So just forget it and get over it.

Game is atm unplayable. And it doesn't seem that they have it under
control. Time for a break and playing a nother game....

Its not about the money, its about MMO companies learning we can do something if they lie to us and deliver a broken product.

Nobody cares about 15$ or 30$ but as gamers we care about playing a GOOD game.

If we let them launch the game while unfinished then pay and be happy about it while it gets worse we will never get a decent game...

Making a stand as a consumer is a good thing for the industry, this is why i think we should show them we don`t like what they are doing. Show them not just post, they clearly don`t care about our forum posts as long as we keep forking over the money.

Euh... then go grab your pitchfork... but remember... you haven't "kept" forking over the money yet... you at best can have made ONE payement. So cancel, by all means, but then do so and don't try starting a riot... my guess is you'll be in the townsquare waving your torch and pitchfork all alone

I am also EU player, i will tell you:

    - massive bot problem/empty Landscapes (few resources, very few valuable items)
    - really many bugs
    - often extreme lagging
    - unbalanced bosses and classes
    - bad pvp
    - difficult group playing (phasing/alliances)
    - bad economy
    - broken/bugged missions/bosses
    - very copy and pasted cities/buildings and dungeons
    .... aso

most annoying for me now is the "horse hammer sound"; horse steps are so loud I have to turn ALL environmental sounds down, cause they are so loud that my ears are hurted. So i can't hear most of the atmospheric/effect sounds anymore. Immersion gone.

I think there are sure people who could add many more things to this list.
I really don't see how you can't see it... ;)

Well, if they tell you ahead of time it's an Alpha/Beta that you're paying for, like with DayZ, then okay, you're paying to play something broken, but at least you knew. When the game is as broken as this one is, and they don't disclose how effed it is, that's when the pitchforks come out.

I honestly think they should give everyone online credit, just like FF14, and completely roll back the game, re-release it whenever its actually finished, fixed, and not reliant on user made add ons to fix things.

Yes its exactly what i think... or a free month - few will care about the 15$ but it will show they are willing to admit its bad.

And btw... from a big company like them i would expect a test server where players test a patch for a while b4 megaservers are patched to hell... This is really amateur behaviour. They just don't know how to run an mmo. That#s it...

    - massive bot problem/empty Landscapes (few resources, very few valuable items)

Still haven't seen a single bot, I'm VR5.5 now and I still haven't seen one. But then I don't stick around to farm bosses myself... I kill a boss and move on, drop or no drop. As for few resources... I'm nearing 5000/10000 on the achievement. But then I got keen eye 3 on all crafting skills so they do show up from a nice distance.
    - really many bugs

Only one that bothered me what The Final Assault brasier, which has since been fixed
    - often extreme lagging

Guess I'm lucky as I only lag in Cyrodill, and even then only on ocassion
    - unbalanced bosses and classes

I can only speak for my own class but I have beat most bosses rather easily. As far as class balance... well, that will chance over time and does so in all games.
    - bad pvp

I'm an old DAoC player so I'm happy with it... very reminicent of DAoC
    - difficult group playing (phasing/alliances)

    granted
    - bad economy

What economy ? All I've bought so far are items to research for my crafting skills
    - broken/bugged missions/bosses

At 50, I had ONE quest left that was bugged... well, aside from having to jump to my death nakid a few times on the final assault. Since 50 I still haven't found a single one
    - very copy and pasted cities/buildings and dungeons

Come on... "every" city is different... you are reaching here

But to each his own. You like Honda, I like Toyota... and we are both allowed our own opinion.

i don`t know but they make so many mistakes... the game is full of bugs, the billing problems... also you can be sure than whatever billing problems they have are NEVER in your favor, they would rather charge you 20 times than let you get it one cent cheaper....

There are people swearing them in every VR area... as they buffed(not intentionally) the damage/hp of VR mobs by 50% so people are getting creamed:))

Either way i`m not sure they should be getting 15$/month at this point... 15$/month is for a game that can be played and is mostly bug free. Here, you can`t even be sure what is working and what is not as everything can and will be eventually broken...

Problem is at this point who would trust them in 6 months when they say they have it in hand. Doubt I would. Im more for fast reliable improvement ASAP (i.e. now!) win me back so to speak.

Next state of the game address should be interesting to say the least.

rolling it back now would kill it... they need to hire TESTERS to test for bugs before massive updates...

People will tolerate a few broken things, minor things, with a such a big update. But the bugs they have allowed to creep in are not minor... did nobody see the increase in VR NPC hp/damage? Well no, they were all in Craglorn... so they need testers to actually check for things like this one.

Not to mention the other stability bugs and so on...

I know its their first MMO but its not their first try at common sense or at making a product that works.

Eh some people don`t know what a bot is, even if they spot 200 they will think its just another player...

Also, who leveled fast in early access and never want back to a lower level area stayed ahead of the bots... i had a few guildies who said "there are no bots" so i asked them to go back to Khenarthi`s Roost. 10 minutes later they were raging about how can ZEMIMAX allow them to teleport/speed hack all over the place...
