Rollbacks on NA server right now

The time is 5.40pm for me here in australia and 8.40am in the UK for reference. I have tried to play on the NA server today for the past hour or so since patching and am constantly getting rolled back at random times. I have made very little progress in the game fully despite the rollbacks and wanted to make you guys aware of the problem.
I get so far in the game pursueing normal levelling activities and then up comes a loading screen and im back to a "save point" on a quest i was on recently. My progress beyond this point is invalidated. I just tried it again in the last ten minutes and was able to complete a quest i was doing and went to the wayshrine to port over to a new area for another quest i wanted to complete. I never made it to the new area and instead was ported to the title screen. Upon logging back in a found my progress rolled back to the save point i mention above.
