Impulse Skill point refund?

The patch notes state "If you have spent skill points in the Impulse ability, you will have those points returned to your overall skill point pool. They can be re-spent in this ability, or invested elsewhere."

How do we go about getting those points back? Mine weren't automatically refunded.

Do you still have the impulse ability? And when did you invest the skill point in impulse? was it before or after the patch?

I have been using elemental Ring before the patch, I still have the skill after the patch.

Elemental Ring wasn't changed, nor pulsar, only Impulse.

I didn't get the skill point back either. I invested a skill point into Impulse 2-3 days ago so I filed a support ticket requesting the skill point back and the skill removed.

Mine stayed the same...no points back, or any way to reapply again.

I had purchased Impulse prior to the patch (quite a while ago), but hadn't yet morphed it. I still have the ability (and no extra skill point, of course). It was not removed and/or refunded for me. Was only the morphed version to be removed, or did this change just not 'take?'

My Elemental Ring doesn't have an increased magicka cost : O Or at least i don't think so. Ive also been spamming it the way ive always spammed it.

Pulsar and Elemental ring are morphs of Impluse. So when someone says Impulse, they refer to the same thing.

Before the patch the cost of elemental ring (at least for me with passives and such) was around 167. After the patch it's 248.
